Ex Factory Ltd. is a Danish trading company serving mainly Scandinavian fashion clients from our buying office in the west part of Hangzhou.

Senior Garment Merchandiser

We are looking for a senior garment merchandiser with long experience from the garment industry with the ability to independently handle the foreign clients.

It is highly important that you are business minded, competitive of nature and have aggressive negotiation skills. Your also need to be structured, organized and detail orientated in order to control each small detail during the development and production processes.

You need to have a deep knowledge about the garment processes such as pattern making, sewing processes, material production procedures, etc. With this knowledge you can serve the clients well and work smoothly together with the factories.

It is also very important that you can speak and write English well because you will have to communicate with your European clients on a daily basis.

We expect the person to handle following tasks:
- Develop samples and follow-up production and make sure quality and schedules are kept.
- Translate documents from English to Chinese.
- Checking/measure samples from proto to shipment samples.
- Checking materials, lab-dips, accessories, etc.
- Develop new suppliers in order to ensure we get the best CMT prices.
