期待求职辅导领域专业人才加盟本公司

留学生海归求职导师（海归优先）

工作职责：
1.与留学生海归背景客户进行沟通交流，完成中英文简历撰写和优化
2.为客户提供网申和内推服务、面试笔试培训、职业规划等求职辅导服务
3.参加专业培训与交流，提高简历和求职辅导服务专业水平

招聘要求：
1.本科及本科以上学历，五年以上知名企业招聘、猎头工作经验
2.具有优秀的英语听说读写能力，尤其是英语写作能力（须具有英语专业八级或海外知名院校留学经历）
3.工作认真、负责，注重细节
4.良好的沟通能力和服务意识
5.具有英文简历服务和求职辅导服务工作经验优先

Job opening: Resume writer & Career Coach

Knowledge/skills required:
 -Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
 -An understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional, and executive roles
 -Knowledge of various resumes formats and the ability to determine when each is appropriate to a specific individual
 - Relevant experience in human resources
 - Relevant experience as a professional resume writer or certifications from one of the major career organizations (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.) preferred
