职位描述：
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Organize the marketing strategy and action plan, arrange rational types of marketing activities, write promotional marketing copy, organize marketing activities (such as exhibition, seminar and so on).
组织制定市场推广策略和行动计划，合理策划各类型市场活动，撰写宣传文案，组织实施市场活动(展会/讲座等)；
2. In charge of exploring and maintaining different types of promotion channel（especially in new social media channel and advertising channel）, periodically provide promotion evaluation on KPI achievements and recommendation, promote the company marketing activeness.
 负责开发和维护多种市场推广渠道（特别是社会化媒体渠道和广告投放），负责定期对推广效果进行跟踪、反馈及提供优化方案，提高市场的关注活跃度；
3. Provide regular marketing data analysis including competitor marketing promotion analysis, and then optimize company marketing promotion plan.
负责定期分析整理市场数据，包括竞争对手市场推广情况，进行数据分析、挖掘，优化传播方案；
4. Maintain the company website, prepare and update the company’s promotional materials, issue company news and support the technical articles organization.
负责维护公司网站，公司宣传资料制作及更新，撰写公司新闻，组织Newsletter及技术文章发布
5. Manage customers’ database on CRM platform including maintain the customer basic information, record customers’ call-in, customer review and sent company newsletter regularly.
负责建立CRM客户数据库，维护客户信息，收集客户反馈，定期对客户进行回访，定期推送公Newsletter, 协助提升客户满意度、复购率等，及时分析并提供建议。
6. Monitor the marketing progress with timely regular tracking on budget, expense, promotion materials.
    市场各项费用的预算、支出申请、统计分析、活动礼品采购、宣传资料的刊印。

Requirements 任职要求：
1. Degree in Marketing, Advertisement or any other related disciplines.
市场营销、广告等相关专业本科以上学历;
2. At least 5 years ‘relevant experience in Marketing/Communication related discipline is a plus.
5年以上市场企划工作经验;
3. Good in both written and spoken English, ability to write and execute advertising planning and copywriting.
有较强的文案功底，良好的英语读写能力
4. Good command of PS, COREDRAW，Founder FantArt software with basic design knowledge.
熟悉PS、CORELDRAW、飞腾等应用软件；有基础的设计知识。
5. Hands-on experience in Traditional offline marketing promotion and new media marketing promotion is preferred.
对传统线下市场推广及新媒体推广有实操经验者优先考虑;
6. Demonstrated ability to strong execution, communication and coordination and marketing analysis, complete the task with quality and quality.
