职位描述：
Major Responsibility:
1)Prioritizes assignments and reports overall priorities to Manager.
Performs job duties in accordance with Welbilt Code of Ethics to ensure the highest ethical dealings with employees, management and vendors.
2)Insures adherence to the New Product Development Process and maintains updates through the Welbilt portal.
Participates in, leads, and supports cross-functional teams.
Performs engineering calculations to determine product design, gas combustion system, as well as material and components specifications.
Applies principals from required Regulatory Agencies standards to new and/or customized equipment applications.
3)Prepares working drawings and bills of materials for customized equipment to meet customer’s functional requirements.
Sources and requisitions non-stocked purchased components required to meet customer’s needs.
Works with customers and sales representatives as required to best determine reasonable equipment designs and functions.
4)Conduct performance,diagnostic, life and reliability testing , maintain engineering performance data and test files for approval, distribution and implements changes with cross-functional participation.
Utilizes computer-based tools to accomplish to above functions in an efficient manners.

Qualifications:
1) Microsoft Office software experience 2 full years. minimum
2) Experience with electrical mechanical components
3) Gas and combustion knolowdges.
4) Keen eye for detail and thoroughness
5) Good verbal and written communication skills
6) Mechanical inclination
