Over View-Job Description:

Responsible for Fras-le Asia Financial Management including Trasury, Tax, budgeting and reporting in a team environment.



Dimensions:

Be the major team player in Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. Lead all the other relevant functions of Tax, Budget ,Treasury and reporting functions.



Principal Accountabilities:

Participate and gain in depth understanding of the Fras-le Business model in Asia
Actively participate and lead development of the Annual Operating Plan.
Create and Maintain good working relations with local and International Banks.
Set up and lead all treasury functions of cash disbursement.
Understand and fulfill all tax reporting requirements in China and Fras-le Brazil.
maintain and update Budgeting Systems for expenses.
Maintain and update Manufacturing costs.
Maintain and update Business Accounting Systems.
Perform special analysis for specific projects on as needed basis.
Communicate with the Chinese team and the Brazilian team in Brazil all the relevant results.

Education/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in Experience in Broad Experience in Finance Management. including supervision.
Demonstrated deep experience in many of the above Accountabilities, but must include Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions.
Experience in Multinational Companies preferred.
Bachelor type degree with Accounting and Finance Management.
Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin and working fluency in English.
familiar with SAP system Plus.
