职位描述：
Job Description:

Take full responsibility for communication with the overseas customer , deal with the customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction by efficient work and value added recommendation.

1)Communicate with Overseas internal customer to understand their needs, receive the customer inquiries , follow up on sampling as well as confirmation of purchase orders , mail relevant documents and track payment status.

2)Makes Master files for confirmed order with overseas internal customer and domestic merchandiser , store the files with complete details for inspection parameters, Packaging details and quality parameters.

3)Constantly and timely communicate with with clients about production progress and any emergency.

4)Handle customer complaints in time and drive for effective corrective actions and preventive action for future and ensure the complains are responded in timely manner.

5)Recommend innovative products to internal customers by collaboration with sourcing team.

6)maintain and update purchasing related Information in ERP system and present monthly / weekly report for each clients procurement / volume / value according to commodity categories.

7)Other ad hod tasks as assigned by company.


Required Talents for the Job:

1)Graduate or above.

2)Excellent english skills , good interpersonal and communication skills.

3)Very detail oriented personality.

4)Self driven an ability to work with least guidance and observation.
