岗位职责：Job description
一、招聘管理 Recruitment Management
1、根据人力资源策略、制定阶段性招聘计划，并推动实施；
Establish the periodic recruitment plan according the Human resource strategy and implement
2、独立负责招聘甄选工作；
Responsible for the recruitment job
3、拓展并完善各种渠道，深入挖掘并投放招聘信息，打造强大的招聘渠道体系；
Explore and improve the recruitment channel, check in details and place recruitment advertisement, establish a strong recruitment channel system
4、组织人才筛选及面试、完善工作，建立高效的招聘流程；
Organize selection, interview, and establish high efficient recruitment process
5、建立健全核心人才库，做好关键岗位人才储备；
Establish and improve the bank of core value candidate, make the backup persons of the core position
6、完成部门负责人交办的其他工作。
Finish other related jobs from department head

二、员工关系管理 Management of staff relationship
1、负责员工劳动合同的签订、变更与终止相关手续的办理；
Responsible for the labor contract signing, changing and termination
2、负责员工转正、离职相关异动手续的办理；
Responsible for staff’s ending of probation, and resigning work
3、受理员工投诉、咨询；
Handling of staff’s complain and consultancy
4、建立和谐、愉快、健康的劳资关系。
Establish a harmonious, happy, health labor relationship.

任职条件 Qualification
1、本科以上学历；
University degree and above
2、人力资源、行政、企业管理等相关专业；
HR, administration, company management related major
3、三年以上相关人事工作经验；
3 years above HR working experience
4、思维活跃，组织能力强；
Active and high organization ability
5、良好的计划能力、沟通能力和亲和力；
Good planning ability, communication and affinity
6、有人力资源管理证书者优先考虑。
