职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责模拟电路、音频编解码器、ADC、DAC、锁相环和其他模拟电路的设计与研发；
2.负责运行块、高级仿真和功能验证；
3.指导版图设计工程师优化版图；
4.独立完成芯片故障排除和测试；
5.设计和优化芯片版图。

任职资格：
1.硕士及以上学历，2年及以上模拟/混合信号集成电路设计经验；
2.有模拟集成电路设计、仿真、布局和测试的丰富经验；
3.了解半导体工艺/设备,布局工具；
4.具备先进模拟/混合信号电路设计良好的知识和经验, 有以下电路经验者优先：Audio CODEC,SAR ADC, Sigma-Delta ADC/DAC。

As an Analog IC Design Engineer you will perform analog and mixed signal design, characterization and evaluation of analog circuitry for ADC/DAC's PLL and other base band analog circuits
1.Design and R&D analog circuit, Audio-codec, ADC, DAC, PLL and other analog circuit.
2.Run block and top simulation and function verification.
3.Guide layout engineer to optimize layout
4.Chip debug and testing individually
5 Design and optimize chip layout

The successful candidate will have：
1.A MSEE with a minimum of 2 years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
2.Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout and test.
3.Understanding semiconductor process/devices, layout tools.
4.Demonstrate good knowledge and experience in advanced analog and mixed-signal circuit design, experience in one or more of the following circuits, is a plus:Audio CODEC,SAR ADC, Sigma-Delta ADC/DAC 举报 分享
