岗位职责：
-负责人事系统的管理与维护
  1、全球雇员信息系统（GED）
    1）维护组织架构模块
    2）维护个人信息管理模块（PA），包括新增、变更和离职人员的相关信息
    3）维护合同变更信息
    4）确保GED信息的准确性、完整性和机密性
  2、绩效领导力工具（PLT）
    1）管理使用者的系统权限
    2）在绩效领导力工具中维护员工信息，包括新进人员、职位变更和离职信息
    3）完成各种报表的要求
    4）负责系统方面的技术支持
  3、其他系统
    1）负责调薪系统的数据准备工作，负责系统方面的技术支持
    2）负责IDM（员工账号管理）系统的技术支持

-负责区域的人事支持工作
  1、配合总部同事
    1）负责正式工、劳务工和实习生的入职、离职、变更信息收集与整理
    2）负责加班和津贴的收集与整理
   3）收集汇总合同续签信息
    4）负责组织架构的维护与管理
    5）负责转岗、内部推荐奖、新员工招聘数据统计等月度报表的收集与整理
  2、配合区域及分公司同事
   1）负责员工工号管理
    2）负责起草人事通告
    3）负责跟进空缺人头的招聘进展
    4）负责发布人头报表
    5）负责完成区域人力资源经理要求的各类报表
  3、完成上级交办的其他工作

岗位要求：
  1、本科及以上学历；
  2、熟悉操作Office办公软件;
  3、2年以上工作经验，对人力资源各模块有一定了解；
  4、有良好的沟通及表达能力，细心，学习能力强，责任心强，良好的团队合作精神；
