Job responsibilities:
? Maintains VP F&O‘s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling internal and external meetings, teleconferences, and travel. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
? Conserves GM’s time by reading, researching, editing and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
? Participate in management meetings, coordinate between different Business Units;
? Act as major communication point with departments and 3rd party landlords for different projects;
? Organize weekly and monthly meeting and prepare meeting minutes;
? Presentations for business development: create all related documents and presentation, present it, check progress of major projects;
? Help GM to set meeting and relationship to develop business opportunities for TRS together with other departments;
? Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for GM to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, contract and news releases
? Need to deliver a high quality of translation during meetings to deliver accurate messages to all parties.
? Handle other tasks assigned by GM
Required experience:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Excellent English and strong English / Chinese interpretation skills, Italian speaking is a plus.
? Required major in English, Marketing, Business Administration is preferred;
? Executive assistant experience in multinational company is preferred and strong administrative and basic project coordination skills are plus;
? Highly organized and detail oriented;
? Can work proactively in anticipating and resolving problems;
? Must have the ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast–paced environment;
? Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;
? Proficient computer skills; Particularly with MS word, Excel and Power Point;
Strong sense of responsibilities.
