Job requirement:
? University graduate with major in foreign trading or related degree;
? Min 10 Year experience working in international company sourcing and buying office;
? Min 5 year experience on the commercial management and leading an efficient sourcing / buying team;
? Wide knowledge and experience on manufacturing and procurement on most general commodities for the retail market;
? Excellent team training / coaching skills with a high emotional quotient.
? Must be a good problem solver and strive for win – win outcomes;
? Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills and leadership;
? Eager to learn and be team player and lead a pro-active business culture.
? Positive energy and always looking to lift personal and team performance.
? Fluent English; both written and spoken;
? Able to travel frequently

Job Description

? Optimize sourcing procedures and train / supervise the sourcing staff to attain maximum efficiency on the production and
         purchase management;
? Over view the sourcing teams daily work, Maintain and drive budget targets;
? Visit supplier and showroom / trade fairs to collect as much information as possible on market trends / product popularity /
        competitor buying ranges from the supplier/ industrial supply chain information; Understanding of market dynamics and
        business judgement
? Train the team on how analyse production costs; components cost / production management cost / labour cost / facility
        operation cost / unit procedure cost in the unit hours / QC and margin cost;
? Negotiate the price with supplier principals until buyer’s target price and conditions agreed
? Negotiate the price, payment terms, quality levels when the team member meet the difficulties as well negotiate the critical
        path including production time, sampling and testing requirements ;
? Work with merchandiser and support the merchandiser to follow up the agreed production plan. Shipping the goods on time is
