岗位职责：

准备产品宣传和培训材料
Preparation of product propaganda and training materials for external and internal training;
提供售后服务，解答技术热线问题，收集客户反馈信息进行分析
After sales service, hotline and customer feedback collection and analysis
对内部业务同事进行产品技术层面的培训
Training of products from technical aspect for customers and Biz colleagues
拜访客户，为客户提供现场的技术指导
Customer visiting and on-site product application support for customers
其他上级交办的工作和任务
To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from the manager.


岗位要求：
硕士且一年相关工作经验，或者学士具备3年以上工作经验或者以上，临床检验或临床相关专业
Master plus 1 year related working experience or above, or bachelor plus 3 years working experience or above, Medical laboratory or clinical knowledge background
流利的英文表达能力
Good command of English in both spoken and written.
良好的表达和沟通能力，思想活跃
Strong ability for expression and communication, open-minded
