? Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies.
? Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business.
? Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform.
? Analyze lost orders and customers and take effective means to recover them.
? Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business.
? Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
? Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales.
? Availability to travel extensively in China and occasionally overseas.
? in average 3 out of 5 days of the week traveling and visit customers.
? Create a MMR each month about the work field.
? Create Business Plans for your customers.
? Create quarterly forecasts for your customers.

This position will effectively and successfully provide Key customers with SKF knowledge to sustain profitable growth through increased customer satisfaction, customer value and customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities

Job Requirements:
? Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
? Good working knowledge in sales and commercial practices
? Ideally technical knowledge of mechanical, seal or bearing application and manufacturing process in the related segments
? Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Team spirit is an essential requirement
? Self driven personality
