职位描述：
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To conduct and or support new product transfer
2. To complete and maintain control plan for new product, process & product quality improvement.
3. To complete and maintain IWI(inspection work instruction) for IPQC and OQC.
4. To investigate new technology and or fixture/tool/jig to improve IPQC detect ability.
5. To investigate CTQ(critical to quality) and corresponding special tools, and data collection
6. To do data analysis; accordingly to point out production quality level or risk. And or provide quality data to support team for continual improvement or design reference.
7. To support QC supervisor for QC training and examination (prepare defective parts, test bank).
8. To support QC supervisor, SQE to complete annual material& product test plan
9. To support QA manager for project deploy
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. About 2years + QE and or technician experience.
2. Familiar with control plan, PFEMA, MSA, DoE,SPC,PPAP
3. Either of Micro-Switch, solid state relay and pressure sensor experience and or automotive field is preferred
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
1. Green belt is preferred.
2. Able to read, write in English, oral is preferred.
3. C langue, AutoCAD and hardware design are preferred
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Technical secondary school is ok, major is either of electronic, mechanical and electronic integration, computer. Electronic major with 4 years is preferred.
2. Can utilize solidwork, atuoCAD, orcal , protell and C is perferred.
