职位描述：
*management of daily mechanical maintenance and repair
1.Responsilbe for prepare mechanical area preventive maintenance and inspection plan in SAP.
2.coordinate with other department and make detail daily maintenance execution arrangement according to actual requirement
3.provide technical support to technician and contractors for trouble shooting
4.monitor the quanlity of maintenance
5.keep the records of all maintenance activities.
*Technical management
1.keep the related documents and files are in good order
2.correct and sort out records of optimization,maintenance and repair
3.take part in discussion and analysis of modification and optimization of process
4.register special equipments and keep contact with local authority for regular inspection
5.maintain related datas for equipments in SAP module
*Spare part and tools management
1.identify the quality of spare parts and make sure parts are kept with good order and suitable store level
2.raise PR for spare part purchasing
3.assist store keeper to do monthly inventory
4.keep the tools in good condition
*Third party management
1.manpower arrangement and technical improvement of technician and contractor
2.help to improve safety awareness of technician and contractor
3.assist to manage of labour discipline of third party
*6S management
1.be responsible for 6S management of maintenance building and jobsite
2.execute of open findings concerning to 6S timely
3.raise and collect near miss
4.implement cosmetic GMP according to ISO22716 and EFCI guide for cosmetic ingredients in Maintenance fuction.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in chemical mechical equipment or related.
minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance engineer of chemical plant. More than2 years working in foreign company
Certificate of CET 4; Can read documents in english and speak english as daily work language .
