职位描述：
ISO system management - Conduct regular ISO audit within company scope to identify, record and sum up
non-comforming points of finding for management review and for purpose of continuous improvement and procedure update/optimization. ISO documents management and quality meeting coordinator.
Set up template for ISO performance database and prepare monthly update/report. "
C&P action management - Follow up to close all corrective & preventive actions for audit findings closely and effectively
Supplier management - Prepare and conduct audit plan for suppliers. Follow up to close in time complaints on suppliers.
Audit management- Plan, coordiate and execute the internal and external audit.
Document control: Approve all the specifications, working instrucitons, procedures which affect the quaulity of product. Review the production batch records and lab control records before release for distribution.
Deviation management: Make sure the critical deviations should be investigated and evaluated
Chang management: Evaluate and approve the change that potentially affect the quality.
Complaint: Making sure that quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved
Coordinate the product recall activities.

Training for staff on ISO procedures / MoAs/ Wis of instruments, ISO & GMP training for staff in other depts.
Trouble shooting, non-conforming & complaint investigation - Conduct trouble shooting/ non-conforming&complaint investigation for root cause analysis together with related department
Non-conforming items management - Follow up and correct all non-conforming quality items including not consistent specification

Education:
College chemistry Degree or higher.
Business experience:
More than 3 year of QA & GMP experience in foreign chemical company
Language skill - Writing and oral English skill required.
