海外设计师助理（英文翻译）

工作职责：
1、 透过QQ以及电话服务国内客户，了解客户对设计的要求。
2、 翻译国内客户设计要求文件以及修改设计要求文件为英文，转达要求给国外设计师。
3、 通过Photoshop等作图工具，进行基础操作，辅助设计师完成订单。
（提供培训）

应聘要求：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、普通话标准流利，英文表达能力高，证书要求大学英语四级或更高。
3、有强烈的服务意识，乐于耐心聆听，有良好表达能力及理解能力，能有信心与客户沟通。
4、有Photoshop基础或外贸经验者优先。

薪酬福利：
1、提供专业培训，成功入职并通过考核者，提供底薪+提成薪资模式。
3、提供良好的晋升机会，提成可根据考核晋升提成档次。
5、签订劳动合同、每年均有组织旅游活动，享受年假。

工作时间：
每日八小时工作时间制度，每周工作时间五天半，周六上班半天，周日休息。节假日按照国家规定放假。

Work Description:
Communicating with domestic clients and preparing documents for overseas designers.

Required skills:
1. Strong sense of responsibility to fulfill projects.
2. Durable patience for making thoughtful communication with clients.
3. Capability of understanding overseas designer’s requirements, and modifying and preparing thorough project files for designers, such as: detailed plans, client needs, and project data.
4. Solid English written skill is necessary.
5. College’s or bachelor’s degree.
6. Design major, art-related field or major in English are preferred.
7. CET band 4, CET band 6 or upper certificates are welcome.
8. Basic computer skills are requires.
9. Good command of Photoshop is prefered

Compensation and Welfare:
1. We offer professional training, basic salary plus commissions and monthly bonus after the job applicant becomes a full time employee.
2. Potential promotion, and commissions raise are available.
3. At least one tourist activity each year, paid annual vacation and a year-end bonus, etc.

Working time:
Five and half a day working day per week, eight working hours per day.
