Job Purpose:

Provides guidance to subordinates on stock analyst, SAP MRP data setting, MESC coding, stocker checking according to laid down warehouse procedures.

Job Dimensions:

1. The Technical Warehouse handles the following items and volumes, include mechanical, electrical, instrument, lube oil and gas cylinder.
？ Value of stock: USD 25 million.
？ Number of stock: 50000 Items.
2. Work interfaces with FN procurement colleagues, 3rd party maintenance colleagues and suppliers.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Supervises, allocates and checks the work of the subordinates and ensure that they carry out their duties smoothly and safely.
2. Provides guidance to subordinates on stock analysis, SAP MRP data setting, MESC coding, stock checking and material preservation.
3. Ensures that stock positions are reviewed periodically (daily, weekly or monthly) to determine whether action is required.
4. Ensures that the movements of a stock item (receipts, issues and returns) are duly authorized and monitored.
5. Ensures that inventory level and service level are in lined with KPI (key performance indicators) and compile records of stock in month’s consumption, non-moved stock, value of write-offs due to obsolescence and pending stock.
6. Provides guidance to determine when items should be replenished and in what quantity.
7. Provides guidance to confirm and adjust the replenished quantities depend on stock level, stock in months consumption, lead time and economic order quantity.
8. Ensure frequent contact with user of goods, to ensure that any changes in consumption pattern are duly updated.
9. Provides guidance to code new items with MESC, enters correctly the materials description into CMT date base to facilitate ordering and checking receipts of materials.
10. Provides guidance to check for duplicate items and interchangeable items. He or she rectifies and updates the records.
11. Ensure that stocks are physically checked to reconcile against quantities in SAP system and reports stock differences.
12. Ensure that every item is stored and stocked in a manner to prevent damage or corrosion. He or she has to ensure security of the material stored.
13. Ensure that each item is stored with the required degree of security, damaged or corroded materials are found in time in order that protective measures are taken or have them written-off.
14. Provides guidance to preservation for various materials and supervises preservation contractor to work correctly.
15. Carries out any other work as requested by the Head of Warehouse and MFEM Manager.
16. Good housekeeping, Security and Safety Practices are observed at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Educational background: A qualification from a college or above.
2. Work experience:
？ Minimum 8 years oil or petrochemical industry maintenance experience.
？ Previous working experience in a JV environment would be an advantage.
3. Language proficiency: English level is CET4 or equivalent.
4. PC skills: Proficient in PC skills.
