Roles and Responsibilities:
1、To achieve/exceed sales targets and increase market share in MNC and EMS customers.
2、To keep good relationships with EMS customer to get new bidding opportunities
3、Work with team by recommending products that meet the requirements, Work with FAE to provide accurate, effective and timely acquisition of customers’ technical information.
4、To monitor market share in assigned MNC and EMS accounts, To keep updating of the market new applications to initiate new business opportunities in key segments.
5、Involvement and alignment of strategic account plan for the global customers, and price negotiation with the global customers.
6、Finance for the timely payment from customers.


Qualification Requirement:
1、Electric and Electronics related major, bachelor or above
2、Experience in semiconductor distributor is preferred
3、Experience in handling key accounts and develop account relationship
4、Experience in developing new opportunities by design-in
5、Experience in industrial, Auto applications and MNC/EMS business is preferred
6、Good written and oral English
7、Strong communication skill and coordination capability
