MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supplier quality management for all terminal, plastic, electronic and package parts. Experience on micro-switch and solid switch relay highly preferred.
1. Conduct potential and or AVL supplier audit and process control plan audit.
2. Ensure the suppliers understand CST supplier quality requirements and comply with them.
3. Coordinate with cross functional team (purchaser, design team, PE, equipment team etc.), monitor and support supplier's implementation of trouble shooting.
4. Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures (IQC, factory test and or improvement actives).
5. Monitor quality of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact CST facilities.
6. Drive continuous quality improvement across the supplier base.
7. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
8. Sample evaluation and release.
9. Supplier quality management system maintain and improvement.
10. Monthly quality review with top3 supplier.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. About 2years SQE experience
2. Micro-Switch and solid state rely experience is preferred
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
1. APQP knowledge is preferred.
2. Experienced on terminal, plastic, electroplate process and parts.
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Familiar with TS16949
2. Familiar with APQP,PPAP,FEMA,MSA,SPC,SQM
3. Can utilize solidwrok, atuoCAD to watch 2D drawing.
4. Skilled on word, excel office software.5.
