1.Shift RM QC, IPQC, FGQC tests and QC data keying/ maintenance in SAP or Excel and COAs issue for customers or/and internal/external complaints to
LAB caused by HE of chemists.
倒班负责原料、半成品、成品的检测，并在SAP或Excel中对原材料、中控产品、成品的关键数据进行维护，发布COA给客户。
或/和因化学师原因导致的对LAB的确认的内外投诉。
2.Technical support/instruction to batch maker based on IPC data tested for IPC adjustment.
根据中控产品的测试数据对车间工人进行技术支持/技术指导。
3.Instruments management including calibration, 5S maintenance, labels/regular internal/external calibration reports / WI for Instruments and calibration / File for
Instrument update.
仪器的管理包括仪器校正、5S维护、标签更新和定期更新内外校验报告、仪器文件夹、仪器操作规程和内校规程。
4.QC Database maintenance - Daily QC data / SPC charts update/update and GR&R analysis according lab plan.
QC数据库的维护 - 根据实验室计划来对每日的QC数据、SPC图表和GR&R分析报告进行更新。
5.Preparation of standard solution and buffer solution and regular review to ensure right concentration data for batch test calculation.
标准溶液及缓冲液的配制及管理- 定期对溶液进行审查，以确保溶液的浓度正确、在有效期内、标识合格、安全库存OK。
6.Sample management to ensure all standard samples and retained samples for batches of RM/ IPC / FG are
stored/recorded properly according to regulation and easy to be available for traceability once needed.
根据相关的规定对样品进行管理，以确保所有的原材料、中控产品、成品的标准样及留样能得到合理地保存和记录，以便于日后追溯。
7.IQC of Raw Material Verification and Sample test - Receive and check on the COA of RM, conduct RM sample test required and save RM COAs properly for easy tracebility.
对原材料进行验收并取样测试 - 对收到的原材料COA进行核对，并对原材料进行取样测试，合理地保存COA以便于日后追溯。
8.Develop/update MoA - Assist in the development/update of new methods of analysis.
改进和更新MOA - 协助上级对新的MOA进行改进和更新。
9.Non-conforming identification - Careful check on shift to identify and report all non-conforming quality items including not consistent specification for
opportunities to review and correct.
不合格辨识 - 仔细辨识并上报所有不合格的质量项目，包括与规格不一致的质量项目，以便审查和纠正。
10.Aging/Aged stock review / reinspection - Regular Inspection/review of the non-conforming and aging stock of finish goods, raw material and blocked stock to minimize below target quantity.
快要过期的/已过期的库存的审查和复检 - 定期对不合格的和快要过期的成品库存、原材料库存以及冻结库存进行检验和审查，以便尽可能降低目标数量。
11.Trouble shooting, non-conforming & complaint investigation - Assist in trouble shooting/ non-conforming&complaint investigation.

12.5S/ESHA Maintenance - 5S maintenance in lab to ensure high hygiene/ESHA level with continuous improvement.

Required:
-More than one year of QC/R&D LAB experience in foreign chemical company.
-Good read / wroten English skill.
-Computer skill especially Microsoft Excel skill.
