1. 5 years of sourcing experience and order-following experience.

2. At least 3 years in watch or hotel supplies industry

3. Experience managing the complete sourcing process from preparation before production till shipment

4. Fluent English written and spoken

5. Experience negotiating prices

6. Experience managing people in teams

7. Experience with Outlook

8. Ability to develop quality control schemes, have good eyes/sense on the quality.

9. Ability to take responsibility and be proactive.

10 Could travel during different cities frequently
