职位描述
Responsibility:
(1) lead QC team for FA, FP and on-going source inspection in China office
(2) work with US office QA manager/engineer for any quality issue from customer side
(3) work with Asia vendors for any SCAR
(4) work with project engineer to review/approve vendor's PFMEA, CP and Risk Management Report
(5) collect data of vendor quarterly quality performance (FA, FP & MP)
(6) manage and drive the annual vendor audit in China (ISO 9001 & ISO 13485)
Education/Experience:
(1) College degree in Electrical Engineering, with good knowledge of general manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods.
(2) Candidate must have excellent written communication skills (oral is preferred), fluent in English and detail oriented.
(3) Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience with advanced knowledge in Change Control, Corrective and Preventive Action, FMEA, and measurement system analysis.
(4) must be experienced in medical industry and familar with ISO 13485
