1、大专学历，有3年以上相关作经验，熟悉网络变压器厂的品质控制流程，沟通能力良好。

2、熟悉国际质量体系IS09000专业知识,能制定检验文件、培训QC员工并监督执行;

3、根据公司整体质量状况组织质量控制方案,监控产品全程质量;

4、处理客户反馈,依据反馈改善质量控制,协助跟踪产品的使用情况并提供改善意见;
