Scope of Responsibilites

1) Coordinate with project team to issue quote, proforma invoice and purchase order

2) Coordinate with finance dept to provide invoice to customers timely after payment is received 

3) Follow up with outstanding payment as per contracted.

4) Generate sales report & Financial report to show manager

5) As a Project Assistant, you will work under Project Team Leaders supervision by providing support in the execution of the project tasks and carrying out administrative duties assigned.
