Job description:
1. Responsible for company quality system implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement to ensure quality system effective operation in the company.
2. Job for organization quality objectives establishment and assessment, plan for corrective action and prevention action for continuous improvement in the system.
3. Responsible for new quality management methods and measurable indicators adoption in the company, and organize quality improvement activities & trainings to improve company quality level.
4. Organize and deploy internal audit in the company.
5. Submit report of company quality system operation status to global QMS and top management regularly.
6. Participant quality inspections which requested by government, customers and investors.


Job requirements:
1. Bachelor Graduated，Good command of English in both spoken and written. CET6.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Quality system Department in mobile phone or Laptop computer area.
3. Excellent project and program management skills.
4. Experiences with ISO9001/ISO14000/SA8000 and continuous process
improvement.
5. Have thinking & problem solving skill; Good leadership and strong quality sense
of responsibility.

2013年，研发beetle lite智能手机，出货量超过800万台，成为国内单款智能机销量最多的机型。
2014年，研发yaris 系列智能手机，出货量已超过1200万台。
