职位描述：
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Manage and Monitor suppliers ESSR and quality performance, keep long term strategy relationship with key suppliers.
？ Implement different supplier management plan as different purchasing strategy design.
？ Support the localization activity for production line transfer, including new suppliers sourcing, audit and new components sourcing and qualification including plastic, stamping, machinery & electronic parts.
？ Support the R&D key projects for the component and equipment requirement.
？ Manage projects on his/her area of responsibility to design, implement new methods / processes and tools requested by the Purchasing function.
？ Follow critical issues related to quality, delivery, payment, communication in day-to-day.
？ Manage supplier contract, NDA, tooling agreement, T&C and other agreements.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ At least 4 years in purchasing field
？ In depth knowledge of supplier management and development
？ Experience in multiple and sizable foreign company is preferred
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

？ Autonomous working
？ Excellent communication skill
？ Excellent negotiation skill
？ Excellent conflict management skill
 EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

？ Bachelor degree or higher in supply chain management or related major
？ Fluent English language ability
