职位描述：
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Organizing the different department people on a project.
？ Carrying out project risk assessment and management.
？ Make sure that all the target (include cost, quality and time) of the project are met.
？ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
？ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
？ Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ 3~5 years minimum working experience as project engineer in Working in machinery industry or related.
？ Familiar with auto industry customer.
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
？ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
？ Experience in multiple and sizable foreign company will be a plus.？
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

？ Build relationship with other department and customer.
？ Work under pressure.
？ PMP certification is a plus.
？ Excellent conflict manage skill.
 EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

？ Bachelor degree.
