职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:（主要工作职责）
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for identifying, evaluating and implementing continuous improvements in the processes. You will be required to provide industrial engineering expertise, techniques and methodology in improving processes and productivity. In addition, you will also work closely with equipment engineering team in development of equipment and tooling fixture.

向工程经理汇报，你将会负责识别，评估和实施持续改进的工艺过程。你需具备工业工程专业知识以改进流程和生产效率。此外，你也将与设备工程团队密切配合共同研发设备和夹具工装。

Daily activities:（日常工作）
- Improve, optimize and sustain process capability
改进，优化和维持过程能力
- Track quality defect level with key performance indexes to drive improvements跟踪质量与关键绩效指标，以推动改进缺陷水平
- Engage with troubleshooting and diagnosing field quality issues
从事故障排除工作和诊断工场的质量问题
- Define process, SOP and cycle time
定义工艺流程,作业指引和核算产品工时
- Perform yield and downtime analysis, provide technical support to improve performance
对产量和停机时间进行分析，提供技术支持作工艺改善或流程改善
- Qualifications / evaluations of new process / machine / tools / product / materials
认证或评估新工艺/设备/工具/产品/材料
- Assist in reviewing new product in development. Highlight potential problematic area in the design
协助审查开发中的新产品,指出设计上潜在问题
- Design the tooling fixtures
设计工装夹具
- Work for ad-hoc assignments and projects.
处理临时任务和其它项目工作
Requirements (knowledge & Skills) （任职要求：知识和技能）
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering & 8 years of electronics experience
机械本科以上学历，8年以上电子行业工作经验
- Knowledge and practical experience in DOE, FMEA, SPC and 8D report is a must.
必须具备DOE，FMEA，SPC和写8D报告等知识和实践经验
- Proficient in Process development
精通工艺开发
- Superior practical problem solving technique and strong technical background
具备很强的问题解决能力及电子工程技术专业背景
- Familiar with AutoCAD or Pro E
熟悉AutoCAD或 Pro E
- Able to read & write English
