职位描述：
MISSION:
Works as JDE project leader to make JDE go online in China.
Coordinates with local key stakeholders to identify Huizhou plant needs, mainly focus on Operations: manufacturing and supply chain. To ensure the effective and efficient procurement of parts, materials and services for use in the assembly of our products.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Coordinates with local key stakeholders to identify Huizhou plant needs
？ Works with core team in France perform business gap analysis
？ Establishes business detailed specifications for JDE implementation according to the gap analysis
？ Coordinates locally all Huizhou project activities and resources throug all project phases (analysis, configuration, tests, data conversion, training, cutover, golive)
？ Regular report to global project leader in France
？ Centralizes, triages and follows-up all requests/issues for Huizhou plant
？ Animates meetings

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
？ ERP (SAP, JDE, Dynamics) experience in a international environment
？ Knowledge in manufacturing & supply chain
？ Project management
？ Proven ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment.
？ Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions.

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
？ Chinese fluent
？ English/French fluent
？ Organized and good communication
？ Autonomous

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
