职位描述：
岗位内容：
Responsiblities：
1、根据教学安排，按时按量准备所授课程内容，完成授课任务；
Compile and prepare for teaching contents in time and finish related teaching tasks as required.
2、与其他教师密切合作，创设良好的教学环境及准备相应教学材料；
Collaborate closely with other teachers, promote a pleasant teaching environment and make preparation for related training materials and methods.
3、关注学生的学习状态，及时调整教学策略；
Pay attention to students and adjust instructional strategies in time if needed；
4、完成其它领导交办的临时性工作；
Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor；
5、授课对象为3—12岁幼少儿；
Teaching objects: children aged from 3 to 12。
 
任职要求：
Requirements：
1.Bachelor's degree or above；
本科及以上学历；
2.Native English speaker with nationalities of American, or British, or Canadian, or Australian preferred；
英语为母语的外籍教师（英美国、加拿大、澳大利亚本土人士优先考虑）；
3.Valid visa, legal passport；
持有效护照及签证；
4.TEFL certificates are given priority；
持有TEFL认证优先考虑；
5.The candidate should have at least one year experience in teaching children/adults English；
有至少一年的少儿/成人英语教学经验；
6.Enjoy teaching,good communication,organization and management skills;
热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先；
7.Strong personal charisma,sense of humor,knowledge widely, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
