职位描述：
1. Support the implementation of the group policy, the corporate strategies, action plans, standards and the compliance with laws and regulations
a. Support ESHA manager in ESH matters.
b. Assist the line management to achieve compliance with corporate, divisional and company standards
c. Monitor the compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure procurement and documentation of required data
2. Personal protective equipment Management
a. Specify the PPE requirement and technical specification
b. Plan and update the PPE storage status and gives relevant training to staff
c. Check to make sure the integrity of the PPE
3. Safety training to all staff
a. Identify the ESH training requirement and plan the trainings for Site staff
b. Implement the training and keep the training records
c. Review the effectiveness of the training and make improvement
4. Site safety management
a. Support ESHA manager to manage site production people & contractors safety
b. Manage Site safe work permits
c. Involve safety incident investigation according to clariant guidelines and procedures
5. Site environment management
a. Support ESHA manager to manage site waste water & solid waste disposal
b. Maintain the relevant environmental record
6. Regulation Compliance
Work with EHSA Manager to evaluate the applicability of China laws and regulations, and implement them

Requirement:
Education:Colleage or above educated, Chemical or Engineering major perferred
Business experience:About 2 years chemical plant ESH management experience in international chemical company
Good skill in Office software
