职位描述：
Job responsibility:
1. Support the implementation of the group policy, the corporate strategies, action plans, standards
a. Assist ESHA manager to establish and implement safety guides and requirements for Site
b. Assist the line management to achieve compliance with corporate, divisional and company standards
c. Prepare & collect the site's Risk Portfolio and Key Figures, corrective actions, and provid status updates
2. ndustrical Hygiene & Health Management
a. Improve Site PPE Grid/Requriements and maintain Site PPE discipline
b. Maintain IH and occupational health for Site
3. Safety training to all staff
a. Identify the ESH training requirement, develop personal training plan.
b. Implement the training and manage the training records
c. Review the effectiveness of the training and make improvement
4. Site safety management
a. Support ESHA manager to manage site safety for both employees and contractors
b. Maintain Work permit in a good shape
c. Involve the safety incident investigation according to clariant guidelines and procedures
5. Site environment management
a. Manage site waste water & solid waste treatment
b. Manage Site gas emission, and collect the data for periodical reports
c. Maintain Site no spill accident
6. Regulation Compliance
Evaluate the applicability of China and local laws and regulations, and fully maintain the compliance

Requirement:
Education:Bachelor degree in Chemical or safety engineering
Business experience:About 3 years of working experience in EHS function of the international chemcial company
Good computer skill
Fluent English communication skill. 举报 分享
