财务总监
岗位职责：
1. 负责财务，会计和管控部门的工作，完成公司布置的各项任务
2. 负责合资公司和子公司的日常会计和财务工作
3. 负责月度财务管理汇报
4. 负责合资公司和子公司的年终财务报告等事项
5. 负责合资公司资金管理
任职要求：
1. 年龄30-45周岁
2. 相关财务会计学历本科以上，硕士从优
3. 工作地点优先考虑浙江省龙游市，或杭州市
4. 8年以上的财务会计及相关工作经验
5. 3年以上跨国公司/外商独资企业 /合资企业的财务管理工作经验
6. 精通中国税法和财务制度
7. 熟悉国际会计和税法规则
8. 熟练使用财务分析工具和财务软件（比如用友财务软件）
9. 有较强的沟通能力，处理税务和审计事项
10.具有银行融资工作经验，和多种融资解决方案
11.工作细致负责，具有团队合作精神，和团队领导能力
12. 有中外合资企业工作经验从优
13. 中英文流利，会德语从优

job responsibilities
1. Responsible for Financial, Accounting and Controlling Dept.
2. Responsible for daily accounting & financial functions of JV company and subsidiaries
3. Responsible for monthly Management reports
4. Responsible for accounting year-end-procedures for JV, it's subsidiaries and the consolidated
5. Responsible for cash management and company funding
Job Requirements
1. Age 30-45
2. Bachlor degree, or above in accounting or finance related, Master preferred
3. Preferred to be located in Longyou or Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province
4. >=8 years experience in accounting and financial related
5. >=3 years experience of financial management in MNC/WOFC/JV
6. Familiar with Chinese Accounting & Tax rules
7. Familiar with International Accounting & Tax rules
8. Familiar with Financial analysis tools and softwares
9. Good communication skill to handle tax and auditing issues
10. Good experience of bank financing and other financing solutions
11. Team player and qualified leader of finance team
12. experience in Sino-Foreign JV company desired

As one of the biggest professional pulp distribution companies in China, Welbon not only imports pulp from all major pulp producing countries like Canada, US, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Russia, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and ect…. It has become the regional sales agent for some local made pulp like “golden phoenix” of Guangxi Naning Phoenix Pulp Co., Ltd. , “Wuyi”brand bamboo pulp from ; “Bailu” pulp of China Paper; “Bolang” from Xinjiang Bohu Reed Co., Ltd.; “Luhua” brand Reed pulp of Jiangsu Zhenjiang Gold River Paper Co., Ltd.
