任职要求：
1. 年龄30-45岁
2. 相关学历本科及以上
3. 工作地点浙江龙游
4. 8年以上人力资源相关工作经验
5. 3年以上跨国公司/外商独资企业 /合资企业的人力资源管理工作经验
6. 熟悉中国人事政策，劳动法规和人力资源制度
7. 良好的沟通技巧和心理素质
8. 有中外合资企业工作和雇佣外籍劳工的经验
9. 中英文流利，会德语从优
HRD：

2. Familiar with Personnel Performance Appraisal System, and innovation skills
3. Familiar with Salary & Bonus management System and further improvement
4. Familiar with Management Development Methods
5. Responsible for daily HR tasks and recuritment tasks
Job Requirements

4. >=8 years experience in HR related fields
5. >=3 years experience in HR management in MNC/WOFC/JV
6. Familiar with Chinese Labor law and HR regulations
7. Good communication skill
8. experience in Sino-foreign JV including Expats working in China

As one of the biggest professional pulp distribution companies in China, Welbon not only imports pulp from all major pulp producing countries like Canada, US, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Russia, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and ect…. It has become the regional sales agent for some local made pulp like “golden phoenix” of Guangxi Naning Phoenix Pulp Co., Ltd. , “Wuyi”brand bamboo pulp from ; “Bailu” pulp of China Paper; “Bolang” from Xinjiang Bohu Reed Co., Ltd.; “Luhua” brand Reed pulp of Jiangsu Zhenjiang Gold River Paper Co., Ltd.
