Responsibilities:

*Commercial Assistant
-Fully responsible for 3’rd party trading and sales order processing.
-Monthly sales reports and monthly marketing report.
-Collect monthly Imp. & Exp. Statistic data reports, translate the market report from 3rd party consultant company.
-Fully responsible for Indent sales follow up – to establish PO# order, cargo movement and documents preparation.
-Fully coordinating goods delivery from plant to customer and from co-producers to Arkema site
-Master files management

*Secretary
-Daily administrative job to AP GM
-Traveling secretary job for both FLUO China team and AP team.
-Liaison with ACF plant.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, with major in international trade or related preferred.
-PC operating skill.(Microsoft office, excel, pointpower and Lotus Notes skill preferred)
-Few years related working experience is a plus.
-Knowledge and experience in order management and plan implementation
-Good at coordination, interpersonal communication skill and sense of responsibility.
-Strong coordination skill, and fluent English
-Good time management skill.
