GC Level:

• Design, review and update internal communication strategies, budget, policies and process and apply it to all sites
• Monitor information platform (including Intranet, WeChat, etc.) to ensure company news be released timely with accuracy and credibility
• Provide platforms for top management to share company strategy and business update with employees, including Town Hall Meeting, etc.
• Design and schedule internal activities to enhance employees' cohesion and pride to work for company, including Annual Party, sports activities, etc.
• Promote Arkema 4-Values and focus on HSEQ to build up company culture
• Cooperate with labor union / ERC to ensure company decisions / activities be discussed sufficiently
• Take initiatives on rewarding design and selection, build up culture of recognition
• Support the organization of public relation events and activities (CSR) to maintain the reputation and visibility of the company
• Deploy engagement survey to analyse the engagement level in the company and take actions to maintain / continuously improve the engagement level
• Manage ‘BeOne’ program to leverage the value of being One Arkema through creating a stronger unified platform
• Cascade Global internal communication projects to GC
• Manage internal communication vendors, including evaluate vendor performance every year

ACI Level:

• Design and schedule internal activities to enhance employees' cohesion and pride to work for company, including Annual Party, Family Day, Birthday Party, Rewarding, etc.
• Cooperate with ERC for regular meetings to ensure company decisions / activities be discussed sufficiently

Bostik Level:

Take initiatives on rewarding design and selection, build up culture of recognition
