ACTIVITIES
Supply Chain part
? Work closely with forwarders to follow up all pending orders
? Prepare all documentations for exports or bonded material orders
? Check and submit transportation and handling cost
? Provide relevant updated forecast to Sunke JV for drums orders
? Prepare and follow all logistic costs in SAP
Sales Assistant part
? Sales Support
@Customer related sales support & services and follow up;
@Customer Service rendered for distributors / customers within the defined sales territory.
? Sales & supply Administration
@Demand forecasts (SAP – Picaso);
@Reporting preparation;
@Customer Credit lines and payment management;
@Cover rota for absent colleagues;
@Supply and logistical supports on delivery ex-regional warehouse ( butyl acrylate )
@Shipment follow up & shipping documentations coordination;
@Quality complaints follow up;
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
● Relevant Bachelor degree
● Good command of English, Chinese (dialect Cantonese a plus but not essential) and good communication skill
● Relevant & standard qualifications & operational experience for the fields of supply chain & sales Assistant
● Result-driven with ability to take appropriate initiative, ensure the accuracy and productivity of work done under pressure within a multicultural environment
