JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: HR GENERALIST NAME:
SITUATION IN ORGANISATION

Reports to C&B Supervisor & Senior HRM
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure staffing process are completed as per SOP without complaint from employees
- Ensure HR data in files/system are up to date.
- Support HR data collection and analyzation for different projecs
- Manage various reports both locally and globally on time and accurately
- Ensure smooth communication with CIIC to handle all benefit distribution
- Support HR activities in recruitment, training and internal communication
- Support HR administration work
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Manage all staffing process, including on-board, exit, contract renew, probation, promotion, internal transfer process, etc.
- Act as a support role of all data collection for HR projects
- Collect and manage HR reporting, by making good communication with other entities
- Make sure P File, JDs, Organization Chart, HR public folder etc. to be updated on time and good filling
- Maintain HR related systems up to date: HRP, Lotus Note, EMP, Egencia etc.
- Keep regular contact with HR Agency/Vendor and make timely registration of social benefits, housing funds, medical insurance etc, ensure employee medical claims are handled in a timely manner
- Keep smooth communication on benefits with employees, including festival gifts, annual health check, medical claims, rewards etc.
- Manage employee annual health check
- Support employee to apply Shanghai Hukou/Residence.
- Support ACI SH/GZ staffing SOP training
- Proactively support HR activities in recruitment, training and internal communication.
JOB DIMENSIONS
- People: around 201 HC in ACI SH in Y2016
- Statistics: 9 industrial sites, 1 head office, 4 branch offices and 2 distribution companies
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- The position is working in a complex and matrix organization.
- Rapid changing environment and need to make sure all HR information up to date with accuracy and completeness
- The job holder has a lot of communication internally with employees and site HRs and externally with service supplier vendor
- Staffing process need to manage expatriate, local+ and local employees which requires different approach
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years HR working experience in staffing function
- Good knowledge on China Labour Regulations and Tax Regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills, fluent in English
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Details attentive and customer focused
- Team player with adaptability
- Outstanding computer skill in system and software
