Principal Accountabilities:
1.Provide day-to-day supervision of the HR function for the plant. Assist and advise the Business Leaderand line managers to develop solutions for employee issues/problems in the workplace. Ensure location HR practices meet legal, regulatory, ethical and contractual requirements.
2.OT administration for Harbin plant employees and assist as HR generalist in data implementation process.
3.Benefits administration of social benefits for the local employees, and admin support for employees’ commercial medical insurance plans.
4.Data administration: submit local data related employee to filing system, ensure data accuracy and update info for BU management and/or for China HR reporting.
5.Staffing: work with Business Leader/line managers on junior level people planning and white color staffs recruitment needs. Take active role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference check, and offer/contract process for junior level positions.
6.Training: organize orientation programs for location new hires. Assist HR managers in coordination of internal or external training programs for the plant employees.
7.Assist HR managers in other HR projects or assignments as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
1.Minimum Bachelor degree in Universaty major in company management, HR related, language.
2.Minimum 2 years working expierence in HR functions overall in FMNC such.
3.Minimum 2 years in recruitment related and management work expierence.
Skill:
Good speaking and writing command of both English and Chinese
Good PC skills Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
Good problem solving skills
Thorough knowledge of China (and North China) Labor Laws and local regulations
Accurate and efficient working habit
Commitment to HR professionalism.
Independent, analytical and innovative
Team work spirit
Contract term: fixed term with 1 year labor contract
