By leading production/maintenance/line quality group, this function is to help focus factory manager to take care of the running business for related segments.
Manage and maintain the serial production and quality for projects, and control and improve the productivity, operation cost control and line quality, thus customer orders is fulfilled on time.
Co-operate with NPL/IE function to secure new product launch and ramp up activities.
1.Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, or Related field.
2.Professional experience (at least 3 years) in manufacturing field
3. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment
4 Cross functional experience, preferred
5.Experience with production processes also in the area of lean production
6. At least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other individuals
7.Multi-culture working experience
