Responsibility:
- Make proposal for compensation and benefit policy and review
- Prepare all documents for monthly payroll, act as a main coordinator in C&B outsourcing work, ensure the clear instruction for payroll, mandatory insurance and the company special benefits release
- Responsible for all the preparation of annual variable bonus package & payout and release
- Deliver the reports of working hours, salary related, some labor cost report and irregular reports as required, etc.
- Prepare employee’s benefit administration and ensure the practice is in compliance with labor law
- Keep in touch with Continental China and other locations
- Keep in touch with IAM regarding outbound and inbound delegates' salary topic
- Prepare employment contract for new comers in time and ensure it is in line with labor law
- Renew employment contract for existing employees according to the labor law？？
- Prepare the C&B related budget for whole budget of the company
- Make compensation and benefit survey & benchmark for CEP and consultant agency
- Transfer the C&B master data to SAP system and ensure the quality of the data
- Main coordinator between CDP and SAP system
- Daily maintain C&B master data in SAP system
- Bring in own ideas for process improvement; support change projects to improve efficiency in the area of responsibility and live the lean principles
- Occasional task and function
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related field
- 1-2 years compensation & benefit or Human Resource management experience in Manufacturing Company
- Advanced project management experience is required, can handle some projects, e.g. Compensation Survey, etc.
- Has basic intercultural experience, e.g. has experience with foreigner or location people. Know different culture
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related field
1.1-2 years compensation & benefit or Human Resource management experience in Manufacturing Company
2. Advanced project management experience is required, can handle some projects, e.g. Compensation Survey, etc.
3. Has basic intercultural experience, e.g. has experience with foreigner or location people. Know different culture
