采购经理 （1人）
职责：
1. 负责管理公司所有供应商，包括但不局限于以下方面：
？ 原材料；
？ 五金器具（紧固件、密封件等）；
？ 电动及气动执行器等设备；
？ 对以下项目进行分包：
？ 表面处理、热处理、无损检验等特殊过程；
？ 机械加工；
？ 车间及办公室用品；
？ 车间设备。
2. 市场调研：
？ 与质保部、技术部、制造部等进行合作，对供应商满足价格、供货时间、质量、数量等要求的能力进行评估；
？ 确定2-3个同类产品供应商，以确保竞争机制；
？ 维护合格供应商的数据库；
3. 合同的建立与谈判
？ 对采购制度进行监控，以此来优化采购来源与收益；
？ 根据质保标准及客户要求，在新业务开展时会同如销售部、技术部、质保部、制造部等所有部门，对采购决策进行确认；
？ 通过与供应合作伙伴进行协商，并帮助其进行企业提升，来实现本公司在各方面的提升。
职位要求：
1. 机械工程专业、或商科学位但具有技术领域工作的经验；
2. 具有5年以上在机械行业类似职位的工作经验；
3. 精通采购方法并具有丰富的采购经验；
4. 在工业阀门方面具有工作经验者优先考虑；
语言：
能够熟练使用英文进行工作交流
Purchasing Manager (1 person)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing ALL the suppliers of the company, including but not limited to:
? Raw materials;
? Hardware (fasteners, seals, etc);
? Equipment (electric / pneumatic actuators);
? Subcontracting;
o Special processes (surface treatments, heat treatments, NDT, etc);
o Machining;
? Workshop and office supplies;
? Workshop equipment;
2. Market research:
? Evaluate the ability of suppliers to meet the demands of cost, schedule, quality, quantity in cooperation with other departments (QA, Technical, Manufacture). Maintain competitions by keeping 2 to 3 suppliers by type of product;
? Maintain a reliable supplier data base;
3. Establish and negotiate contracts
？ Monitoring purchasing policy: optimizing sourcing, gains on purchase;
？ Validate the purchasing decisions at the launch of new business with all departments (Sales, Technical, QA, Manufacture), in accordance with QA standards and customer requirements;
？ Take part to continuous improvement of the company, by negotiating with partners and improving their performance.
Job Requirement:
1. Mechanical engineering degree or business degree with experience in technical environment;
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar position in mechanical industry;
3. Strong experience of purchasing methods;
4. Experience in industrial valves is a plus.

Mandarin and English
