·负责上门收集客户员工办理录用、社保、退工等相关材料；
·负责办理社保申报、缴纳并将信息及时准确录入系统；
·负责根据供应商或审计组核查的问题单将相关数据录入系统；
·负责办理客户员工各项福利；
·负责各类人事证件办理所需的资料收集；
·负责商业保险索赔的材料收集；
·负责答复员工和客户当地接口人对以上服务的咨询；
·负责为客户服务主任提供日常事务政策咨询；
·根据客户服务主任要求进行上门客户拜访；
·完成上级布置的其他工作。

考核标准：
·资料收集/信息输入的及时率、完整率；
·日常操作违规数（如供应商选错\各种类型其他错误）；
·解答、咨询、上门服务的满意度 举报 分享
