职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责全校学生思想教育工作和德育活动组织工作。制定和实施学生思想教育工作计划，检查并总结学生思想教育工作。
2、加强对班主任工作的指导与监督、检查，指导班主任制定班级工作计划并检查其执行情况；定期召开班主任会议，布置和检查班主任工作，有目的、有准备地参加班级教育活动。
3、组织班主任学习教育理论、努力探索科学管理方法，总结交流经验，指导和协助班主任做好后进生的转化工作，指导新班主任做好班务工作。了解团队工作，组织班主任配合团队工作。
4、组织安排学生的体育、艺术、卫生工作的管理，抓好校风建设和德育教育科研工作。
5、组织安排各项德育活动，并督促检查，积极开展有益学生身心健康的各项活动。
6、协助校长搞好家长学校，指导家庭教育，使社会、学校和家庭教育三结合，共同教育好学生。
7、负责班风建设和评比工作，对违纪学生进行教育，提出处理意见。
8、贯彻执行学校纪律、卫生工作的相关规定，组织并管理好值周工作，加强对值周教师的指导和对值周学生的管理。
岗位要求：
1、热爱教育事业，遵纪守法，爱岗敬业；
2. 教风正派，具有团队协作精神，工作积极主动、责任心强，服从学校工作安排；
3. 具有全日制大学本科、硕士研究生及以上学历，年龄35-55岁；
4.具有全日制高中德育管理经验，能胜任高中各年级教学工作和班主任工作的教师优先考虑；
5．获得省、市级优秀教师；省、市级骨干教师；省、市级优秀班主任者优先录用 举报 分享

Harbin Shunmai School is a compound school gathering kindergarten, primary school, junior and senior high school, which is approved by Harbin Education Bureau and invested by Taiwan Shunmai Group. The high school consists of two parts, one is Harbin Shunmai School (focusing on domestic university entrance examination , and the other is Shunmaihuamei Foreign Language School (aiming at international education). The school is situated in the jiangbei college town of Harbin Limin District, which is adjacent to universities like Harbin Normal University. The total investment is up to 350 million rmb, covering an area of 93,000 square metre.
