职位描述：
工作职责：
根据人事外包协议，提供人事外包服务
- 收集/审核外包员工提交的资料，并完成与派遣和社保机构的手续办理；
- 负责审核派遣员工社保回单、系统信息，反馈合作方的实际办理情况 ；
- 协调内/外各管理部门，以保工作/事项完成；
- 协助办理客户员工各项福利、人事证件，及时跟进并反馈结果；
- 主管交办的其他事项 。

职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历；
- 熟悉国家及哈尔滨当地劳动人事法规，了解薪资/社保等人事政策；
- 有薪资保险工作实际操作经验；
- 工作积极主动、认真负责，沟通/表达能力强；
- 适应力强，善于思考/学习，具有团队合作意识。 举报 分享
