职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责除教学外的学校各项管理工作；
2、根据学校发展战略目标，现阶段实际情况，在现有制度的基础上健全及完善符合校区运营发展的各项管理制度；
3、组织完成学校的整体招生计划，宣传及各种大型活动的组织及策划工作；
4、组织召开各项行政会议及校务会议等；
5、维护及开拓外部渠道及沟通协调各种对外关系。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历；
 2、三年以上相关管理工作经验；
3、能够承受一定的工作压力，完成各项计划任务；
 4、具有良好的职业素质和团队管理能力，沟通协调能力强；
 7、能承担业务责任，带领大家把工作做好，把学校做强；
 8、具有教育专业出身的管理者及各大院校培训机构管理运营经验者优先。 举报 分享

Harbin Shunmai School is a compound school gathering kindergarten, primary school, junior and senior high school, which is approved by Harbin Education Bureau and invested by Taiwan Shunmai Group. The high school consists of two parts, one is Harbin Shunmai School (focusing on domestic university entrance examination , and the other is Shunmaihuamei Foreign Language School (aiming at international education). The school is situated in the jiangbei college town of Harbin Limin District, which is adjacent to universities like Harbin Normal University. The total investment is up to 350 million rmb, covering an area of 93,000 square metre.
