Somfy SAS, renowned tubular motor manufacturer in the world, has a regional office in Hong Kong for Asia Pacific markets which covered 24 offices and 11 countries within the region. We are looking for a highly motivated talent works with the team in Hong Kong office.&nbsp.

Report to Head of Stragegic Marketing &Business Development Manager,BMA Asia&America

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-End-to-end Product creation process for Asia and America.
-Portfolio roadmap delivery on time, right cost and quality.
-Defines projects and their goals, estimates the budgets and the necessary resources, make sure the required resources are available.
-Lead to maximize the efficiency of teams by understanding their unique and complementary roles, interdependencies and responsibilities of each.
-Formulates the realistic and stretched overall project plan with team commitment by smartly arranging the tasks sequence and challenging the inputs from team members.
-Resource planning for multiple departments to deliver portfolio roadmap as per agreement.
-Act as single contact point for project team, both internally and externally. Make sure all key stockholders get relevant, accurate and up to date information.
-Identify the risks of the project and proactively work on it to reduce its occurrence possibility or to minimize the impact.
-Monitors the progress according to the project plan, tackle the underperformance, takes corrective actions in timely manner.
-Provide regular project progress reports, highlight variances to plan, and escalate for support if necessary.
-Resolve the conflict within the team, align the team members’ common goal and motive the team member to reach stretched target.
-Manage team morale and workload, via good project planning.
-Keep sharing lessons learnt and improving process to optimize way of working and contribute to team growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Engineering with MBA (preferred), also Blackbelt/Six sigma experience preferred.
-minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
-Business sense, able to make decision on the best interest of business
-Take ownership, positive mindset
-Able to manage expectation of different stakeholders
-Leadership. Being able to build trust within the team and Influence team members without authority.
-Ability to do macro and micro level planning
-Decisive and Logic thinking, able to provide scenario analysis.
-Understand marketing requirement, able to translate them to project scope/direction.
-Frequent traveling within BMA Asia & America and outside as per business requirement.
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese(Mandarin is must and proficiency in Cantonese is a plus)
