岗位职责描述：

1、负责公司行政事务和对外联络接待；

2、负责公司外贸文函资料的中英互译以及电话、邮件的登记处理；

3、负责公司对外、对内公文、公函的起草、报审和呈报、发送；

4、负责公司业务资料、文书档案的收集、分类、归档和保管；

5、负责会务票务、签证、证照办理及年检等事务；

6、负责领导行程及领导安排的其他工作事务等

任职资格：

1、形象好，气质佳，身高不低于160cm，女性优先；

2、全日制本科英语或国际贸易专业毕业，英语过专业八级，听说读写译精通；

3、熟悉办公室工作业务及工作流程，有较强的对外联系、交流沟通以及独立克服困难完成工作任务的能力；

4、忠诚敬业，不计较得失，善于团结协作共事，有做好本职工作的信心和团队精神。

薪酬福利：

月薪2000-3000；办理社保；带薪年假；五天工作休双休；社保补贴；综合补贴；优越办公条件等
