JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Analyst, Change Management/Business Analyst
Reports to: China Change Management Head
Subordinate: 0
Working location: Shanghai
Job Purpose:
The key objective of this role is to support China business growth, the implementation of Change Management projects.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and change management of China business strategy, support change management projects implementation in China.
- Maintain and follows-up the change management projects and update the projects documentation.
- Develop and maintain a market intelligence database for China automotive markets or potential markets, as well as new government policy developments to support business strategy and change management projects.
- Support the deliverables of executive presentation and special report.
- In charge of China JV Board meeting organization, support for board memberships, board pre-reviews including all propose resolutions and follow-up on action items.
- Organize and handle major events such as JV meeting, operation meeting and etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business, Economics or English bachelor education background.
- Experience in business analysis, supporting launch or program management from multinational companies, ideally in automotive industry, or business analyst from consulting firms.
- Strong analytical skills and business development mind-set.
- Able to structure complex problems in a logical and explainable manner, good planning skills and able to deal with multiple tasks at one time.
- Strong communication skills and can-do attitude, highly organized, results-oriented and attentive to details.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese & English).
